The customer has paid before you are even offered the job.

What people ask before joining.

How do I get paid?

When the customer confirms the job, your earnings are released and paid to the account you choose: a UK bank account, PayPal or another account you tell us about. We verify each new account before the first payout.

What do I need to join?

A document showing you live in the UK: a UK or Irish passport, a photocard driving licence, a Home Office share code, or a recent proof of address. It is checked, stored privately and never shown to customers. Companies also add their Companies House number.

How do I get more work?

Customers see professionals in order of rating, jobs completed and payments received. Every good review and every finished job moves you up the list.

What happens if a customer reports a problem?

You see their description and photos and can agree to return and finish the job, or explain your side. Theft and damage claims are reviewed by our team.
